Twelfth Night,
Act 3, Scene 1, line 134.

Note to Twelfth Night, 3.1.134, "Then westward-ho"

"Westward-ho" was the familiar cry of London watermen heading west on the Thames River. The watermen were the cabbies of the times, and "Westward-ho" was a call for customers to get on board.
