  1. The poem doesn't say that she is married, but it does mention a daughter, so I took that to meaning that she is with the father of her child, and is probably married. --wrong word: "meaning" for "mean"--


  2. The poem "Metaphors" by Sylvia Plath, Plath discusses her feelings on being pregnant. --missing word


  3. The poem begins in the usually way that you believe a woman would feel about being pregnant. --wrong word: "usually" for "usual" / --"The poem begins in the ... way that you believe ..." doesn't make good sense.


  4. This quote is how many pregnant women feel. -- Should be "This quote expresses how ."


  5. The reason that I chose this poem is because of it contains misogyny. -- The "of" makes this confusing.


  6. The Duke admits to killing his last with by saying -- You must proofread more carefully! Here you left out one word and left in another word that should have been taken out.


  7. While interpreting a section of the poem I had the impression that change was long overdue by the traveler -- It's not clear how "by the traveler" relates to the rest of the sentence. Do you mean that the traveler thought that change was long overdue? Do you mean that the poem shows that it was high time for the traveler to make a change?


  8. Poetry slamming is a different art form performed and read by the poet. -- When you use this word you should say what is different from what. You should not use the word "different" to mean "unique" or "unusual."


  9. Numerous people partake in this performance because it allows poets to express themselves in a more thorough manner. --"More" leads your reader to expect some sort of comparison. You should not use "more" to mean "very."


  10. In this poem, Yeats compares a woman who destroyed him emotionally similarly to Helen of Troy and her part in the fabled cause of Troy's destruction. -- Without the "similarly" this would be a fine sentence.
